Stars Wellness hosted the dynamic team from both Myezo Environmental Management Services and ZenQ Designs at Cleopatraz Spa.  What an amazing fun-filled day with this enthusiastic team!  A focus on The Art of Happiness and Why it is Important for Success was the topic chosen for the wellness talk.

The team enjoyed a sharing exercise on their definitions of what happiness means to them.  The relaxed atmosphere of Cleopatraz Spa made for a wonderful venue to wind down the busy year.  The team is very passionate about their work and it was refreshing to witness the friendly banter amongst them.  A sign of strong leadership and a fantastic corporate culture fostered by their director, Babalawa Fatyi.

After a lovely, healthy meal, they enjoyed an inspirational talk by Ayesha Malagas from Stars Wellness followed by a relaxing afternoon of pampering by the Cleopatraz Spa team.  For many, it was their first pampering and there is sure to be many return visits in the future.

The talk covered What Happiness is; Why it is important and How it is achieved.  The 7 Habits of Happy People were covered as well as the importance of recognising the Mind-Body connection with a focus on how powerful thoughts and emotions are about one’s health.
